Dean Mark - Musical Director / Bass guitar

As founder of “Reel Deal”, Mobo Award winner Dean Mark aims to bring his passion for playing live music to those that want to hear their all time favourite songs, played the way they should be played. Dean has hand picked professional musicians to create Reel Deal, an authentic entertainment band that does not sound like any run of the mill function band.

Not only is Dean the musical director of Reel Deal, but also the bassist. His talent for playing the bass guitar has made him one of UK’s most successful and in demand bassists. As well as being a successful producer and a member of the award winning band 'The Jazz Steppers', over the last 10 years Dean has played with a multitude of well renowned artists. Stars such as Craig David, Lemar, Alexander O'Neil & Roy Ayers. 

Angelo Starr – Vocals/Guitarist.  

Giving you the touch of the old school, Angelo is an exceptional singer and guitarist. He is also the brother of the late legendary Motown artist Edwin Starr. Angelo has worked alongside greats such as Michael Jackson, Alexander O’Neil. Martha Reeves, Edwin Starr and Stevie Wonder.

Romina Johnson - Vocals

A unique singer who captivates audiences with her soulful and passionate performance. Romina is a successful recording artist in her own right. In 2000 she wrote and performed the huge dance hit single ‘Moving too fast’ as remixed by The Artful Dodger.

With 2 successful albums under her belt including her latest titled ‘Soul River’ which Romina worked with Reel Deal Musical Director, Dean Mark who produced a few tracks on it.

Romina’s musical influences are Aretha Franklin,Chaka Khan,Prince,Stevie Wonder and many more.

Kevin Sutherland – Keyboard/Piano

The original Funkateer! A gifted and blessed musician. He honed his skills in the Pentecostal Church where he played in the band and developed his passion via the music ministry.

Currently Musical Director and keyboard player for UK Artist Lemar, and legendary Heatwave.

Kevin has also performed keyboard/vocal sessions and toured the world with many major US and UK commercial recording Artists: Basement Jaxx, Jamelia, Craig David, Shola Ama, Beverly Knight, Alexander O’Neal, An exceptional talent.

Emanuela Panizzo - Vocals

A multi instrumentalist and versatile vocalist who can not only perform jazz standards such as Chick Corea's Spain but also belt out Chaka style vocals on a up-tempo dance track, or kick some Donny Hathaway soul.

Emanuela has released many successful soul, gospel and dance records and has worked with leading European producers and songwriters such as Gianluca Mosole, Cece Rogers, Courtney Pine, Phillip Bent, Jason Robello and Artful Dodger.

Emanuela Panizzo is a sassy singer who also has a key skill in crafting a song with a sweet hook and a sharp lyrical twist.

Luca Campener – Guitarist.

Luca has the jazz ability of George Benson and can rock like Jimmy Hendrix. He also provides audiences a smooth Spanish guitar sound. He is a versatile, talented guitarist who regularly performs with Westlife, Blue, Lee Ryan, G4 and X Factor winner Shane Ward.

Gareth Brown – Drummer.

Gareth Brown is one of the most sought-after drummers in the UK. He brings a wealth of experience to Reel Deal as well as a monster groove! Currently on tour with pop artist Lilly Allen and has performed with Blue, Lemar, Mica Paris and Alexander O’Neil.
